This offer requires a six-month commitment and is designed for those who are serious about their long-term health. For $300 a month, you’ll receive a comprehensive, personalized workout program tailored to your unique needs, along with ongoing support and resources.
Here’s what’s included:
Comprehensive Intake Session: We begin with a detailed intake session where I’ll assess your current fitness level, goals, and needs. Based on this, I’ll create a customized workout plan or conduct an exercise audit if you already have a routine. This audit allows me to provide science-based feedback to optimize your existing workout, ensuring you’re getting the maximum benefit from every session.
Ongoing Support: Throughout this offer, you’ll have access to text and voice memo support, ensuring you stay on track and receive guidance whenever needed. Additionally, you’ll have a 75-minute call each month to discuss your progress, address any challenges, and adjust your program as necessary.
Tailored Resources: Alongside your workout program, I’ll create personalized videos covering mobility, stability, form and technique optimization, breathwork, mind-body connection, recovery strategies, and more. These resources are designed to help you refine the fundamentals and elevate your training to the next level.
