Hi, I’m Seth Kaufmann

From a young age, I’ve been driven by an insatiable curiosity—not just about how things work, but why they are the way they are.

How do the body, mind, and spirit shape our experiences? What unseen forces connect people, systems, and cultures?

This quest for understanding has led me from the science of human performance to somatic healing, trauma resolution, sexology, and spiritual integration.

Along the way, I’ve synthesized these disciplines into a holistic approach that transforms fragmented lives into cohesive, thriving systems.

Today, my work empowers people to reconnect with their deepest truths, creating clarity, harmony, and regenerative growth across every dimension of life.

This continuous journey of curiosity and exploration has shaped a lifetime of evolution and integration—each chapter building toward the multidimensional work I am so passionate about today.

About Me

  • Coached professional athletes under the expert guidance of Pete Bommarito as my first job post-grad. I loved working with my athletes to optimize their performance at the utmost highest degree.

  • Realized my passion was in helping people thrive in their whole life, and that the skills I was employing to optimize performance could be applied beyond the realm of athletics.

  • Began coaching Fortune 100 CEOS, and received valuable mentorship from the deep trust that grew from our coaching work.

  • Opened Iron Lion Fitness in Wellington, FL, serving the community with a holistic approach to fitness and wellbeing.

  • Became the first person to have both NSCA CSCS and 200HR Yoga Teacher Training, motivated by my desire to support people thriving in body, mind, and spirit.

  • Embarked on an experiment of radical empathy to help a client and friend on his weight loss journey by being featured on the A&E TV Show Fit2Fat2Fit. A wildly challenging and formative experience.

  • Two pivotal moments for me in this phase of my career were in 2017 when I taught Yoga, Meditation, & Creative Visualization to the Rutgers Football Strength Coaches and, the following week, was a featured teacher at the Yoga Journal Live Conference in San Francisco.

Though technically high points, these experiences left me feeling that there was a level of depth missing in the fitness and yoga worlds, and this was the beginning of my search to a path of even deeper impact.

Since earning my Master’s of Science in Physiology, I’ve had a very fulfilling career in the fitness and wellness industries before integrating my education and experience into the field of Sexological + Performance Coaching.

Here’s a brief timeline:

FEATURED IN

These experiences were deeply rewarding and expansive but also revealed two key truths:

  1. The fitness, yoga, and wellness industries often fall short in ethics, standards, and understanding the interconnected systems of a human being. Recognizing this, I now mentor and train professionals in these fields to cultivate greater empathy, integrity, and efficacy in their work.

  2. My work with some of the world’s wealthiest individuals and elite professional athletes taught me a profound truth: no amount of money, status, or physical achievement can ensure true happiness or fulfillment. Behind their extraordinary success, I saw unaddressed layers of suffering, disconnection, and longing, which led me to expand my understanding of what it truly means to thrive in life.

These insights marked the beginning of my next chapter

Into the Spiritual Dimensions of Life

In my work, I’ve found that the people who experience the most profound transformations share a common thread: a meaningful connection to something greater than themselves. It’s not about following a specific spiritual or religious path—it’s about cultivating a connection that feels resonant, nourishing, and deeply rooted in their own truth.

This understanding inspired the name of our online learning and connection platform, EMUNAH, a Hebrew word that transcends belief or faith. EMUNAH represents an unshakable trust in life’s unfolding—a way of living with conviction and certainty. It’s about harnessing that inner spark to guide the mind, shape the environment, and navigate the world with clarity and purpose.

To deepen my ability to help others heal and expand this connection in ways that honor their individuality, I pursued the OneSpirit Interfaith Seminary, a transformative two-year program rooted in inter-spiritual wisdom.

In 2020, I was ordained as an Inter-spiritual Minister, an achievement I celebrated alongside my wife, Ganga Devi Braun.

Through my inter-spiritual training, I came to understand how trauma impacts not only the nervous system but also fragments our capacity for connection—with ourselves, others, and the divine.

By studying Integral Theory, I saw how our internal experiences are deeply intertwined with the systems we inhabit, illuminating why personal transformation cannot be separated from collective evolution.

These teachings have become cornerstones of my work, guiding people to move beyond patterns of reactivity and disconnection, to reconnect with their inner wholeness, build resilience, and live with aligned purpose and presence.

Enter Sexual Healing

We are all sexual beings.

But we live in a shame-driven culture—one that disconnects us from our bodies and shames our authentic desires from an early age.

These messages persist through adulthood, leaving many of us unequipped to release shame or avoid passing it on to others. As a result, shame cycles endlessly through our culture and relationships, keeping us disempowered, disconnected, and often in quiet pain.

This disconnection leads us to betray ourselves, sabotage our relationships, and abuse our bodies.

My journey into sexology began with the Institute of Authentic Tantra Education, the only government-accredited Tantra school in North America. Their curriculum, which is trauma-informed, anti-racist, and exceeds all foundational criteria for certifying sexologists, gave me tools to understand and address these cycles at their roots.

In these studies, everything I had learned throughout my career—from physiology to inter-spirituality—clicked into place.

I saw clearly how sexual dysfunction often stems from physiological, emotional, and cultural roots. I also came to understand the deep disconnect many people feel between their sexual urges and their sense of the Sacred, leading to a profound struggle with worthiness and connection.

Sexuality is now a central focus of my work because I see it as the most neglected and misunderstood dimension of human wellbeing. It touches every other aspect of our lives—fueling creativity, professional and athletic performance, and forming the foundation of healthy marriages and partnerships.

As a physiologist, sexologist, inter-spiritual minister, and tantra educator, I bring a trauma-informed, whole-system approach to harnessing and healing sexual energy.

My work helps people transform their relationship with sexuality from one of shame or suppression to one of empowerment, integration, and sacred connection.

Where sexual curiosity, longing, or shame lingers in the shadows, further trauma and abuse often follow.

I am here to help break those cycles and create new possibilities for healing, connection, and vitality.

Seeing the Whole System

Most people are trying to improve themselves without first understanding the systems shaping their choices. Their nervous system, their values, their history, their relationships, and the cultural forces around them are all in play at once, whether they are conscious of it or not.

The frameworks I use help people see those layers clearly. Not just in themselves, but in others and in the systems they move within. When that understanding is present, effort gives way to orientation. Excellence becomes natural.

This is what we mean by personal development for collective evolution. As individuals develop nervous system literacy, clarify what they stand for, and act with integrity, they become steadier partners, parents, leaders, and contributors. The work begins within, but it never ends there.

My role is not to tell people who to become. It is to help them recognize what is already true, see what is getting in the way, and take the next step with care and confidence.

If that kind of guidance feels relevant to where you are now, you’re welcome to explore how we might work together.
