For more than twenty years, I’ve studied human development across the body, sexuality, relationships, spirituality, and the systems that shape our lives.

The more closely I’ve studied these dimensions of human life, the more interested I’ve become in the relationships between them.

Your nervous system influences what you notice, what you expect, and how you respond. Your sexuality carries your history, psychology, relationships, and culture. Your spiritual life shapes meaning and identity. Your relationships affect your body, your choices, and the environments you help create. Each dimension is continually shaping and being shaped by the others.

The more you notice what’s shaping you, the more say you have in what happens next.

And what happens within you reaches beyond you. How you respond shapes your relationships. Relationships shape families and communities. Families and communities shape culture. The culture we create becomes part of what shapes the people who come next.

Maturation is learning to participate more consciously in what shapes you and what you shape in return.

My career began with the body.

Graduate study in exercise physiology led into years of coaching, first in athletics and performance, and eventually across a much wider range of human lives.

My own studies kept widening too. Yoga and meditation led into trauma-informed practice and somatic healing, then interspiritual ministry. Each discipline gave me another way of understanding experiences I had previously encountered through physiology.

Becoming a sexologist marked a major turning point. Formal training in sexology and Tantra brought sexuality, intimacy, pleasure, sexual energy, and the subtle body into conversation with everything I already understood about embodiment and the nervous system.

Physiology remained a grounding lens as the picture expanded.

Each new discipline changed how I understood the others, and connections began appearing across fields I had once encountered separately.

Today, that interdisciplinary background informs how I teach, write, develop programs, and work directly with people.

The same energy that shapes your sexuality moves through the rest of your life.

You can feel it in desire and pleasure, creativity and intimacy, expression, ambition, and your ability to reach toward what you want. Sexuality gives you an unusually direct way to feel this current in your body and recognize how you’ve learned to pursue it, contain it, suppress it, or lose contact with it.

For some people, sexual energy becomes a pull toward more stimulation, intensity, or release. For others, desire fades, sensation dulls, and pleasure grows distant. Both can reveal something about how your body has learned to relate to its own life force.

None of that stays in the bedroom.

These patterns show up in how present you are with another person, how much sensation and emotion you allow yourself to experience, and how freely you can respond to what you want.

Sexuality can become a place to practice something larger: feeling more of your body, understanding your patterns, working consciously with sexual energy, and developing a more intentional relationship with pleasure, intimacy, and desire.

the EDGE is my six-phase training in erotic intelligence, a structured path for understanding your body and sexuality, expanding your capacity for pleasure, and bringing what you discover into how you live.

Every relationship is made from the people participating in it.
So are families, communities, organizations, and cultures.

What you develop within yourself influences those spaces through how you relate, create, lead, and respond to the people around you

My wife, Ganga Devi Braun, and I founded EMUNAH around that idea: Personal Development for Collective Evolution. Today, EMUNAH is a growing cultural and educational ecosystem dedicated to cultivating the conditions for multidimensional human flourishing.

Emunah Academy of Multidimensional Living is its educational hearth, where philosophy becomes curriculum and learning moves through embodied practice and lived experience.

I support individuals, couples, and families through Multidimensional Coaching, bringing together the physical, psychological, relational, sexual, and spiritual dimensions of a life.

How we work together adapts to what your life is asking of you. Sometimes that means meeting more frequently through an acute period or major transition. Sometimes there’s something you want to build, change, or understand. Sometimes the value is having a trusted person who knows you well and can help you see clearly as life continues to unfold.

Because development happens in relationship, our focus can widen when it needs to, from one person to a partnership, a family, or the larger system participating in what’s happening.

Private coaching is a limited part of my practice, which allows these relationships to remain responsive, personal, and deep.
