Why do this?

We tend to begin each calendar year with big goals and visions for ourselves, but rarely have the systems and structures in place to follow through on making our visions a reality. 

Begin 2023 with an hour each day to anchor in more deeply to the life you are creating for yourself, with a daily 3 part practice flowing between movement, meditation, and journaling. 

This daily practice will be hosted live on zoom every day for 30 days, though if you can't join live, no problem: the recordings will be shared with you after each practice, so you can participate at the time best for you, and return to the practices that made the biggest impact on you after the fact!
